The single-family residence maintains the classical lines of the old caretakers' house, to which was added a touch of modernity. It is a 4+1 duplex bedroom home with a floor area of 427 sqm, a wide terrace, a private garden and views to the sea.
The old stables have become a connecting element to two contemporary modules with a total of 20 residences (ranging from 1 bedroom to 4 duplex bedroom units), with areas between 77 sqm and 259 sqm.
